Job Opportunity: Governance Manager

We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Governance Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving organizational excellence through the development, implementation, and monitoring of governance policies and processes.

This role focuses on ensuring adherence to organizational standards while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in collecting and publishing organization-level metrics, supporting internal audits, and ensuring robust governance aligned with the product development lifecycle (PDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify, develop, and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and governance processes across the organization.
  • Policy and Process Development: Create, document, and maintain organization-level policies and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Metrics Management: Collect, analyze, and publish organization-level metrics to provide insights into performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to TCF and TOM standards, maintaining a robust governance framework that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Internal Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits, providing necessary documentation, insights, and recommendations to ensure compliance and process integrity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align governance practices with business objectives and product lifecycle requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks in governance processes and implement controls to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in governance, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle governance and process development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
