About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional National Process Manager to lead our process engineering, safety, and sustainability initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This critical role involves designing and optimizing process systems, ensuring seamless new plant setups, and driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and safety.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments (HAZOP, LOPA) and implement Management of Change (MOC) protocols
  • Promote sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery to reduce environmental impact
  • Enhance process safety compliance through effective monitoring and corrective action
  • Analyze data-driven insights to optimize plant performance and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical); B.Tech/BE from IIT preferred for advanced knowledge
  • 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process optimization & process safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated expertise in process design, process engineering, process safety assessments, and sustainability integration
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
