Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in driving manufacturing excellence across our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering service improvement activities that drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the business.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization and make a meaningful impact. Your primary responsibility will be to work with cross-functional teams to build a continuous improvement environment that supports ongoing manufacturing transformation. You will be responsible for leading and facilitating WCM practices, as well as supporting the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing standard world-class manufacturing frameworks across pan-India plants.
  • Working with other team members and business services departments to devise new support materials based on revised processes.
  • Monitoring project risks to identify potential problems and proactively develop solutions.
  • Ensuring the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Setting up programs, delivering coaching, and running projects across plants.
  • Completing post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to identify areas for future improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
  • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
