  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.
  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition, visualization, and reporting solutions that drive business insights.
  • Ensure seamless integration of operational technology (OT) systems with enterprise IT systems for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain secure, efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocols to foster collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage industrial databases for high availability and performance, driving business continuity and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Provide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SCADA/MES deployments to ensure minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team to build a strong, cohesive unit.
  • With over 410 years of experience in SCADA/MES engineering within the manufacturing industry, our team is uniquely qualified to tackle complex challenges.
  • Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deployment, sets us apart.
    • Strong background in MES functions (production tracking, OEE, downtime analysis, traceability, SPC, etc.)
    • Proficiency with database technologies (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)
    • Hands-on experience with OT/IT integration technologies, including REST APIs and MQTT
    • OPC UA for industrial interoperability
    • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMIs, and plant floor connectivity)
    • Familiarity with manufacturing standards (ISA95, ISA88, ISA99, IEC 62443)
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, etc.)
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments
    • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for SCADA/MES deployments
    • Experience in working on large-scale digital transformation/Industry 4.0 projects
    • Certifications (Ignition Gold Certified Specialist, OPC UA, or relevant industrial IT/OT certifications)
