Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive the expansion of financial inclusion products.

  • This role is ideal for someone with experience in microfinance, digital banking, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly sales targets for financial inclusion products.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across assigned regions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing/product teams for product launches and campaigns.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial inclusion products: microfinance, digital banking, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
