
Financial Inclusion Sales Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and target-driven professional to drive the sales of financial inclusion products.
Main Responsibilities- Lead market expansion efforts and achieve monthly sales targets for financial inclusion products
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across assigned regions
- Bld strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal teams
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and trends
- Collaborate with marketing/product teams for product launches and campaigns
- Share performance reports, insights, and feedback with management
- Stay updated with industry trends and compliance regulations
- Train sales teams on products and sales strategies as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion products: microfinance, digital banking, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Monthly sales target achievement
