Financial Inclusion Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and target-driven professional to drive the sales of financial inclusion products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead market expansion efforts and achieve monthly sales targets for financial inclusion products
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across assigned regions
  • Bld strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal teams
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors and trends
  • Collaborate with marketing/product teams for product launches and campaigns
  • Share performance reports, insights, and feedback with management
  • Stay updated with industry trends and compliance regulations
  • Train sales teams on products and sales strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial inclusion products: microfinance, digital banking, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
