Job Title: Azure AD B2C Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure AD B2C Administrator to join our team at Bluo Software India LLP. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Azure Active Directory B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Management and Security: Perform daily administrative tasks for the Azure AD B2C tenant, identify and mitigate risky user activity, and ensure tenant configuration follows best practices for security and compliance.
  • Deployment Pipeline Monitoring: Monitor and improve the DevOps pipelines used for automating Azure AD B2C deployments, conduct tests on deployment processes, and collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize automation and streamline deployment tasks.
  • Environment Parameter Updates: Regularly update security parameters and authentication settings for Azure AD B2C environments, configure and integrate new identity providers as needed, and maintain an up-to-date, secure configuration across all environments.
  • Critical Updates and Patch Management: Monitor for critical updates related to Azure AD B2C tenant configuration, verify and apply security patches, bug fixes, and necessary updates to ensure the environment runs smoothly and securely.
  • Platform Support and Management: Monitor system logs for security threats, performance issues, and potential system failures, manage Azure AD B2C licensing to ensure compliance and optimal resource allocation, and provide timely support for issues related to Azure AD B2C.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), with focus on Azure AD B2C administration.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), especially within Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipeline monitoring and automation.
  • Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
