Job Title: Senior Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team at Zappier Technologies. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Client Advisers in generating and distributing client reports
  • Generate and distribute reports on operational metrics and client activity
  • Support client advisers throughout the client account opening/closing process
  • Assist in KYC and due diligence procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Perform trade reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to keep the CRM system up to date
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding operational and administrative matters
  • Collaborate with the client services team to address ad hoc client administrative requests and resolve issues promptly
  • Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Support invoicing process
Qualifications:
  • Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Ability to integrate quickly into an established team and communicate closely with team members, most importantly with the firm's clients and investors
  • Service mindset is a must to succeed in this role
  • Comfortable with remote working and demonstrated capability of working independently in such an environment
  • Flexibility to work either from office or remotely, as per business needs at any point during the employment
  • Initiative, assertiveness, and high independence in work
  • Strong communication skills, highly pleasant demeanor, ability to take on responsibility and ownership
  • Keen interest in the regional wealth management industry
  • Aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups
  • Relevant banking &/or finance qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF's and treasury products
  • Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel required
  • Strong analytical, written and spoken English skills
