Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team at Litmus7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using CRM, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop workflow rules, process builder processes, and visual cloud flows in Salesforce.
  • Integrate custom APIs, work with standard APIs, and create web services.
  • Configure and customize data models, develop dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using VisualForce and Apex coding language.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Social Studio.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, delegate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.
  • Experience with complete SDLC, including solution definition, estimating, and project planning.
  • Proficiency in deployment through change set, metadata, ANT-based tools, and git, VS Code for code management.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications, and policies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization.
  • Certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Application Builder/Admin are a plus.
