Client Support Executive
Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for a wide range of essential tasks, including reporting, trade reconciliation, and addressing client inquiries on operational and administrative matters. You will assist the client services team with ad hoc requests, and contribute to KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence processes during client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Client Advisers to generate and distribute client reports
* Generate and distribute reports on operational metrics and client activity
* Support client advisers throughout the client account opening/closing process
* Assist in KYC and due diligence procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Keep documentation up to date
* Perform trade reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to keep the CRM system up to date; support data migration as and when need arises
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding operational and administrative matters
* Collaborate with the client services team to address ad hoc client administrative requests and resolve issues promptly
* Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
* Support invoicing process
Qualifications:
Personal & Social
Must be a strong team player and possess excellent inter-personal skills, with an ability to integrate quickly into an established team and communicate closely with team members, most importantly with the firm’s clients and investors. A service mindset is a must to succeed in this role.
The incumbent needs to be comfortable with remote working and to have a demonstrated capability of working independently in such an environment. The incumbent must have flexibility to work either from office or remotely, as per business needs at any point during the employment.
The incumbent will be expected to show initiative, be assertive and highly independent in their work. Strong communication skills, a highly pleasant demeanor, ability to take on responsibility and ownership are must haves.
Professional & Technical
A keen interest in the regional wealth management industry – an aptitude to service the needs of UHNW/HNW clients: mainly Expatriate, Singaporean, Malaysian, and other client groups is essential. Relevant banking &/or finance qualifications will be highly regarded.
Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products such as mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF’s and treasury products. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel required.
The incumbent must have strong analytical, written and spoken English skills.
