Client Services Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Account Manager to work with us. Your main responsibilities will include shaping the companys overall approach to our 360-degree services from start to finish and overseeing multiple projects across departmental and organizational boundaries. Youll be expected to perform extensive market research to gather valuable insights and identify industry best practices, then translate those findings into clear strategies and measurable goals. As an Account Manager, you will work with the marketing & creative teams.
The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, in-depth knowledge of digital business development, and is an expert communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive business strategy and overseeing its execution
- Plan and oversee the development and implementation of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Establishing a pipeline of core digital marketing activities and ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the companys revenue targets and marketing goals
- Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.
- Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with the design, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure our promotional content aligns with our brand identity and company values
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports and presentations on the success of our new business development initiatives for executive leadership
- The ability to translate complex business concepts into easy-to-understand strategies and tasks.
- Understand client Briefs and deliver effectively.
- Showcase industry understanding and knowledge.
- Be the lead on the Account by having in-depth category and digital knowledge
- Maintain client business relationships
- Contribute towards strategy with Consumer understanding, competitive updates, Insights etc. for effective social media and digital strategies on the Brand, Supervise and Direct creative and other key aspects of the brand deliverables to the internal project/delivery teams
- Seek out business opportunities with existing clients
- Timely and effective reporting
- Proactive campaign suggestions on the Brands
- Manage and follow up on all commercial aspects of the account
- Planning and prioritizing on accounts and their relevant projects both clients facing as well as the internal delivery teams
- Assisting in planning and focusing on the execution of Account Strategy, Positioning, Content, and Tone on various digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Slideshare, etc), based on client briefs and brand
- Creative Direction and Ideation of Content. Helping to drive innovation and creativity within the team
- Day-to-day leadership of the account team and client
- Strong Inter department coordination to avoid any confusion
Job Requirement & Skills:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in an Advertising Agency
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- A comprehensive grasp of social media communication and marketing strategy
- Effective PowerPoint presentation making skills for strategy and concept selling
- A strong grasp of strategic thinking for Brands.
- Independent and a good Team leader, Self-motivated, strategic thinker with determination to succeed
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients
