
Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager for Employee Health and Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of client portfolios to provide informed consulting services.
- Identify gaps in existing policies and negotiate with insurers to secure better terms.
- Maintain exceptional client retention rates through proactive communication and service delivery.
- Develop and present proposals to clients, facilitating successful presentations and roadshows.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to complete Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys, ensuring ongoing improvement.
- Accurately book and invoice business on time, maintaining seamless financial operations.
- Forge strategic partnerships with other practices to enhance portfolio-level penetration in client relationships.
- Establish connections with risk insurance markets to source the best solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills, facilitating growth and development within the organization.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients, effectively navigating cultural nuances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership role experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Domain knowledge in the insurance industry, allowing for informed decision-making and expert advice.
