Job Title: Bancassurance Manager
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Bancassurance Manager to drive business growth through our bank partner branches in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff, generating business through assigned bank branches, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow bancassurance business in Ahmedabad.
- Maintain a strong network of relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper needs analysis and service.
- Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in life insurance.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets through channel partners.
- Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad.
