Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of a team of Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets within defined timelines.
- Providing timely product knowledge and market updates to the team.
- Conducting regular training sessions and workshops for better understanding of insurance products and selling techniques.
- Monitoring advisor performance and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidates from BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries with a background in sales.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in field sales or team handling roles will be preferred.

- A self-motivated individual with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
