Job Description:

An Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting branch growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the location.
  • Manage resources of hub including drivers, gunmen, and custodians.
  • Plan and execute routes, duties, and audits.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing of cash.
  • Maintain adherence to laid down processes through surprise audits.
  • Assist ATM Executives with collecting, collating, recording, and reporting daily operations.
  • Maintain hassle-free operations by administering requirements.
  • Prepare crew rosters according to route dispatch time.
  • Maintain hardcopy records of takeover and handover of ATMs.
  • Avoid cash loss during operations by adhering to all-risk mitigation procedures.
  • Timely dispatch routes from the branch/vault office.
  • Follow up with vault officers/bank officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment.
  • Brief teams on assigned tasks, SOPs of operations.
