Key Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Retention and Account Specialist to manage customer interactions, encourage subscription purchases, and resolve outstanding overages. This role involves contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases, processing orders, and addressing account issues.
You will track follow-ups, monitor outcomes, and generate reports on key metrics like conversions and account actions. To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems.
Primary Tasks:
- Engage with customers to resolve outstanding overages or promote subscription purchases following trial expiration.
- Process orders efficiently after receiving confirmation from the customer.
- Coordinate account suspensions when necessary, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Accurately record all follow-ups and interactions.
- Generate reports detailing:
- Follow-up activities conducted.
- Conversion rates from trials to purchases.
- Accounts suspended due to non-response.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel software knowledge.
- Basic Microsoft Word skills.
- Analytical expertise for tracking performance metrics and enhancing processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual able to meet deadlines.
