Job Description

The role serves as an entry point into service parts management and oversees transactional activities on a global scale. It entails ordering, delivering, and planning parts to meet customer needs in a timely manner.

This position requires the ability to understand customer requirements and NCR's contractual commitments to both internal and external customers. Effective communication with third-party providers (3PL) is essential to ensure on-time delivery of parts.

Responsibilities include accepting incoming parts requests from Field Service Centres, sourcing parts from optimal locations to minimize backorders, and ensuring order fulfillment via ES or Remedy tools.

Maintenance of regular communications with Service Coordinators and provision of progress updates on all work order issues are critical aspects of this role. Tracking and tracing parts throughout the distribution process is also required.

A key responsibility is to complete daily reports accurately and efficiently.
