Job Overview

As a highly organised and detail-oriented coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for managing refrigerated container service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, log, and classify service complaints for refrigerated containers.
  • Complete complaint forms referencing equipment type.
  • Act as the central contact point for the service desk.
  • Conduct post-resolution client follow-up calls to capture feedback and validate performance.
  • Escalate unresolved complaints or breaches to the Service Manager.
  • Raise and track Purchase Orders for refrigerated container spare parts.
  • Upload invoices and reference complaint numbers and container IDs.
  • Summarise costs and support accurate billing.
  • Maintain digital archives for all service-related documents.
  • Track and record service resolution times, downtime, and related data.
  • Generate weekly service performance reports.
  • Support audits by ensuring organised and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain the database for refrigerated containers, including contract renewals and schedules.
  • Categorise service complaints under Warranty, , or Paid categories and process accordingly.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance jobs, ensuring availability of consumables.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Engineering/Operations with Mechanical/Electrical background preferred.
  • Experience in refrigerated container coordination or cold chain service industry.
  • Strong understanding of refrigerated container systems.
  • Knowledge of alarms, PTI procedures, and temperature calibration.
  • Experience in spare parts sourcing, warranty, and handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for service tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and client management skills.
Performance Metrics:
  • SLA compliance and reduction in container downtime.
  • Accuracy and completeness of service documentation and reports.
  • Spare parts availability and turnaround efficiency.
  • Customer satisfaction scores related to refrigerated service.
  • AMC renewal rate and preventive maintenance execution.
