Job Opening

We are seeking an accomplished professional in HCM Payroll to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • More than 15 years of experience in a functional role for HCM applications, with expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • At least 2-3 successful full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation experiences.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to configure complex formulas and payroll costing setups.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to collaborate as part of a team.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll features and capabilities.

Experience with fast formula configurations and payroll costing setup.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
