Subscription Renewal Specialist

Drive customer satisfaction through seamless subscription renewals and migrations to a new platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute subscription renewal lifecycle, including notification, quote building, and closure for accounts.
  • Migrate customers to the new ordering platform at renewal time.
  • Identify and execute upsells within the customer base.
  • E nsure invoice accuracy and collaborate with finance teams for timely payment collection.
  • Analyze data and trends to discover growth opportunities.
  • Embrace AI in repetitive tasks and be open to automating tasks using AI. Self-directed learning on AI skills is highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • SaaS-based application experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with robotic automation/AI tools is highly preferred.
