Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional from the general insurance sector to spearhead customer retention initiatives through strategic planning and in-depth analysis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing retention metrics and elevating the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies and data-driven insights to support retention efforts.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises to gather information on industry retention conversion rates, processes, and online platforms from internal and external sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive retention performance.
  • Design and optimize existing retention processes, as well as develop new ones, to enhance efficiency and customer impact.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless interfaces across all customer touchpoints, resulting in a smooth and efficient renewal journey.
  • Promote continuous improvement of the end-to-end customer journey to boost engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement Recognition and Rewards (R&R) programs to motivate internal teams and enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the general insurance industry.
