Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations professional to join our high-energy team at Upstox. As a Human Resources Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms, leveraging technology to automate routine tasks and generate insights for informed decision-making, and establishing key performance indicators to track HR operational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)">
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus">
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred">
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management roles">
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR Operations experience working with a workforce of 300+ or more employees">
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR processes and systems that drive organizational performance and employee engagement">
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization">
