Job Title: SCADA Systems Manager

">Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of SCADA systems. You will work closely with various disciplines to ensure compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and regulations.

  • Plan engineering deliverables, prepare Master Drawing Lists (MDL), and monitor engineering progress of projects to complete SCADA designs on schedule.
  • Provide value engineering and optimization ideas, conduct workshops for implementation, and bring knowledge of best practices in design and engineering aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review SCADA scope conceptual, outline, and detailed design to ensure compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and regulations.
  • Interface with other disciplines, such as signaling, power supply authority, rolling stock, power supply contractors, SCADA vendors, etc.
Detail Engineering:
  • Prepare design/drawings related to SCADA/SAS systems for RSS/AMS/TSS/ASS, OCC/BCC, etc.
  • Prepare SCADA network diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and significant experience in building complete SCADA systems from conception to setup/development/implementation/rollout of SCADA facilities at RSS, TSS, SP, SSP substations.
Design Management and Technical Leadership:
  • Lead a mid-size team of design engineers/draftsperson and develop the team to take up challenging assignments.
  • Provide technical guidance to the site engineering team and coordinate with clients for approval of design drawings.
