Key Job Responsibilities

This role encompasses PLC hardware engineering, software development, FAT and site commissioning.

  • This position involves extensive travel to customer/end-user sites across India for commissioning activities and addressing post-commissioning issues if any.
  • Approximately 50% travel is expected.

Important Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer focus, quality deliverables, and teamwork are essential.
  • Previous experience in CI Field Engineering or PLC engineering and Software, as well as Site commissioning, is necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years BE/BTech/Bachelor's degree in Electronics Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Electrical.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working experience in PLC engineering, Software development, Commissioning.
  • Exposure to VFD, MCC panels is beneficial.
  • Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Proficiency on M580/Quantum/M340 PLC System.
  • Hands-on knowledge of working with Control Expert/Citect SCADA/Schneider Local HMI/Wonderware.
  • Other make PLC experience (Siemens/ABB/Rockwell/GE Fanuc) is acceptable.
  • Knowledge of PLC System architecture to prepare PLC system according to customer requirements.
  • Good analytical skills to read Engineering Drawings are necessary.
  • FAT and SAT experience.
  • Good communication skills (English - must, Hindi - Preferred).
