Job Opportunity

This is a full-time role within our global engineering organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and designing SCADA systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Engineering deliverables and prepare Master Drawing Lists (MDLs)
  • Monitor Engineering progress of projects and take proactive actions to complete SCADA designs on or before schedule
  • Provide Value Engineering and Optimization ideas and conduct workshops for implementation
  • Review the SCADA scope conceptual, outline, and detailed design
  • Carry out design reviews of documents/drawings
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of Indian Railway ACTM & RDSO Standards and latest developments in RSDO/IR/Metro
  • Experience working with RVNL/CORE/PGCIL/Metros/DFCCC/RRTS
  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Desirable Qualifications:
  • 10-15 Years experience for B-Tech., 8-12 years experience for M-Tech

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Interface with other disciplines such as Signaling, Power supply Authority, Rolling stock, Power supply contractors, SCADA Vendors etc.
  • Review of drawings and designs submitted by contractors and consultants
  • Review equipment vendors drawings/documents
  • Detail Engineering
  • Prepare design/drawings related to SCADA/SAS systems for RSS/AMS/TSS/ASS, OCC/BCC etc.
  • Significant experience in building complete SCADA Systems for conception to set up/development/implementation/rollout of SCADA facilities at RSS, TSS, SP, SSP substations
