Purchasing Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials at competitive prices.

  • Source and procure high-quality materials from suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and make timely payments to vendors.
  • Optimize inventory levels by analyzing demand patterns and adjusting stock quantities accordingly.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, identify areas for improvement, and work together to implement joint projects.
  • Coordinate effectively with all sites, conduct regular site visits, and maintain strong networking within and outside the organization.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in construction materials, preferably with experience in high-rise buildings.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills for effective coordination with all sites.
  • Ability to research and identify alternative products or vendors, and negotiate annual rate contracts.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
  • Continuous monitoring, review, and timely corrective action to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent understanding of property market dynamics, valuation, and laws.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
