Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Category Management professional to lead and execute sourcing activities in line with specified guidelines and business requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of commercial strategies, negotiate high-value contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Contract/Category/Buyer roles, with strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maximize value and minimize supply risk.
  2. Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with suppliers.
  3. Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal delivery quality and performance.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Mentor and advise cross-functional team members to ensure delivery against performance targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Contract/Category/Buyer roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
