Job Title: Electrical Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Electrical Product Sourcing Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement of electrical items, ensuring the right products are sourced at the right cost, on time, and as per technical requirements.

This role demands strong vendor management, negotiation, and technical understanding of electrical materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with experience in procurement and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for electrical products (cables, switchgears, panels, etc.).
  • Float RFQs, prepare price comparison sheets, and negotiate for the best pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Review and interpret SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to ensure purchases align with project needs.
  • Maintain and update vendor lists, develop new suppliers, and conduct vendor audits for quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with project/logistics teams for dispatches, tracking, and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–4 years of procurement experience in an electrical trading company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
