Resource Allocation Specialist

As a Resource Management Professional, you'll leverage your engineering foundation to interpret project requirements, forecast skill needs, and optimize resource allocation for high-impact delivery. This involves collaborating with engineering and project teams to forecast technical resource needs, building and maintaining structured resource plans aligned with project timelines and deliverables, analyzing technical skill sets, identifying capability gaps, and supporting talent-to-project mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to evaluate resource implications on scope and delivery.
  • Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to predictive forecasting models to anticipate future demands.
  • Support onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects.
  • Continuously refine resource management processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Track project progress and proactively flag potential resource-related risks.
