Key Role in Campaign Management

The role of a campaign manager is pivotal in driving business success. It demands strategic planning, effective execution, and meticulous monitoring. This dynamic position requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, ensuring lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Budget Optimization: Efficiently manage campaign resources to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Campaign Lifecycle: Handle end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from ideation, targeting, and content creation to execution and reporting.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT.
  • Digital Marketing Platforms: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Project Management: Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
