Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop structural designs and provide engineering inputs for Social Infrastructure Design Project Reports (DPRs) involving schools, hospitals, community centers, sanitation facilities, water supply structures, etc.
  • Review and finalize structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct thorough structural analysis to guarantee compliance with IS codes, NBC, and applicable international standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to achieve integrated design solutions.
  • Evaluate foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Prepare design basis reports, structural bills of quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates for project stakeholders.
  • Conduct reviews of DPR deliverables (draft and final reports) from a structural perspective to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and support capacity building initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • A postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
  • Familiarity with IS codes, IRC standards, and international guidelines.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
