Senior Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to lead our structural engineering team.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of structural engineers.
  • Coordinate with appointed structural engineering consultants and peer reviewers.

Project Management Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing structural engineering projects from inception through completion.

  • Manage structural engineering projects including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents within quality and cost parameters.

Structural Design and Analysis Specialist

This role requires proficiency in structural design, analysis, and optimization.

  • Lead and review the development of structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools.
  • Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimize structural systems and materials.

Client Engagement and Communication

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on structural matters.

  • Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management.
