Structural Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven project manager to oversee our structural engineering and building information modeling (BIM) projects.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of structural engineering principles, project management best practices, and BIM technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple structural engineering and BIM projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design Review: Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration among architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams for seamless project integration.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers to enhance their skills and knowledge in structural engineering and BIM.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
