  • You will possess proven ability to lead teams and scale operations, ensuring seamless excellence across all touchpoints.
  • You will demonstrate detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate commitment to quality by design.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance quality assurance systems for AI data operations.
  • Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key quality metrics, lead corrective actions, and ensure strict compliance adherence.
  • Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of continuous excellence.
