**Job Role Overview**

As a skilled Process Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative automation solutions using tools like UFT and UIPath.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining technical specification documents for Automation Projects.
  • Contributing to the design and development of the Automation framework at the framework level.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing automation processes during project development stages.
  • Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues during testing runs.
  • Ensuring Developer Standards around automation best practices are updated and maintained.

As a Process Automation Specialist, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Able to innovate and explore what's possible in the world of Process Automation.
  • Should be able to understand requirements from Functional teams and convert them into Automation scripts.
  • Work effectively with business operations and SMEs to create and optimize workflow processes.
  • Lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs.
  • Able to conduct preliminary analysis of failures and identify defects.
