Chemical Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering and a strong background in process engineering, with 18-20 years of experience in a consultancy organization or technical services department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver process engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain Department/ Discipline Working Instructions and Quality Systems.
- Oversee work progress and optimize work-hour usage.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing feedback and complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Performing process calculations like heat & mass balance, Utility sizing for API, OSD and Biotech Projects.
- Preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety.
- Process engineering calculations such as Thermal rating of heat exchangers, and hydraulics.
- Candidates should be able to carry out Capacity Mapping of Biotech Projects using Schedule Pro and Super Pro.
