Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth for assigned financial products, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  1. Strategic Business Leadership:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to optimize key business metrics, including conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scale business operations and achieve strategic objectives.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with data science, analytics, product, brand, marketing, and online/offline acquisition teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute plans to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:
  • Own and execute GTM strategies for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive messaging.
  1. Business Planning & Performance Tracking:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  1. Key Business Metrics Ownership:
  • Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
  1. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  1. Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience owning the P&L of a product/category and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
