About the Role
  • Provide technical expertise for escalated support issues, utilizing various tools to diagnose challenges and find solutions for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product, database structure, and SQL queries to create custom reports and export data as needed.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues requiring further investigation beyond initial support.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while communicating and coordinating with colleagues and clients.

We are seeking individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent documentation and troubleshooting abilities, and experience working with JIRA, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Tech Support Expertise: Provide technical expertise for escalated support issues, utilizing various tools to diagnose challenges and find solutions for both internal and external customers.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
