">About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the education loan market.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations;
- Develop and execute territory business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, students, and parents;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategies and tactics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives;
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- At least 7-8 years of relevant sales experience in the education loan market;
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Knowledge of sales operations and processes, with the ability to manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue;
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications;
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields (e.g., CFA, PMP) are a plus;
