About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fund raising & relationship management with banks and financial institutions.
  • Credit rating surveillance & compliance reporting.
  • Debt servicing & liability management.
  • Cash flow planning & audit coordination.
  • Build & manage relationships with public sector undertakings (PSU) and private banks.
  • Prepare loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements.
  • Coordinate with Legal & Compliance for transaction vetting.
  • Drive fund raising and speed up debt raising process.
  • Handle credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies.
  • Arrange management calls, negotiate rating fee structures.
  • Oversee stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCA.
  • Manage post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of RBI, NHB & other regulatory returns.
  • Manage liability dashboard, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDs.
  • Support CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysis.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred).
  • 7-12 years' experience in fund raising for non-banking financial companies (NBFCs)/housing finance companies (HFCs).
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAP.
  • Knowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage.
