Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for residential project clients.
  • Implement project business strategies and go-to-market plans effectively.
  • Plan and manage annual and quarterly operational plans for key clients.
  • Ensure functional knowledge of the residential project business and drive high growth.
  • Prepare and present regular business reports, providing support to the Zonal Manager.
  • Build and manage the specification business with architects and interiors, reviewing the specification pipeline.
  • Manage large tenders for public and private sector constructions, from specification to final closing stages.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Focus on converting quotations to purchase orders and winning projects.
  • Ensure proper site coordination for installation, supplies, and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, or Civil).
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience.

Location

India - Bangalore. Extensive travel in South India is expected.
