As a seasoned professional in deal management, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to clients across various industries. Your expertise will involve navigating complex transactions, conducting valuations, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post-Merger Integration: Develop comprehensive integration plans, manage risks, dependencies & issues across functional areas, track synergies, and coordinate with function owners.
  • Carve-out Management: Identify separation considerations, assess management's plans to become stand-alone, and develop Transitional Service Agreements.
  • Pre-deal Operational Assessment & Synergy Planning: Conduct thorough pre-deal operational assessments and synergy assessments.

To excel in this role, you will require experience in Post-Merger Integration, carve-outs, strategy, and synergy assessment. Program/project management in large-scale cross-functional projects is also essential. Additionally, management consulting experience in functional areas like HR, Finance, MIS, and Reporting is highly desirable.

We are seeking experienced professionals who can work seamlessly with global teams and possess a strong understanding of deal management. Prior consulting experience and an MBA from a reputable institution are preferred qualifications.
