Asset Management Specialist

About the Role

We seek a meticulous and organized individual to oversee the entire IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT asset management and prior experience handling IT assets, implementing mobile devices and accessories (IMAC), and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hardware and software inventory with precision.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in IT service management tools.
  • Prepare regular asset reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLA) commitments related to asset handling.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management.
  • An excellent grasp of the asset lifecycle process.
