PLM Specialist Position

We are seeking an accomplished PLM specialist to manage and enhance our product lifecycle management systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Migration: The selected candidate will be responsible for migrating data into ARAS OnePDM for Microsoft devices and integrating it with TeamCenter and PDM2.
  • Snap On Diagnostics: This involves developing bulk Excel import files into project applications and databases using console applications, importing files into databases using SSIS packages, and running SQL scripts for data enhancement.
  • Document Management in ARAS PLM: The successful applicant will manage different types of documents, customize workflows, and develop permissions within the system. Additionally, they will create a PDECO workflow for various projects and implement different workflow types.
  • ARAS Technical Documentation for GEDevelopment: This includes creating XML Schema and CSS for technical documents to enable the technical writing team to create documents in ARAS tool and publish them in XML, PDF, and HTML formats.
  • Data Modelling and Simulation for AIRBUS: The chosen individual will create data models for 1GW Rules Engine and 1P Tactic projects, as well as interact with CoreDef and CoreAll datasources using Microservices APIs, which involves customizations and mass data management applications.
  • NXP Semiconductors INDe Track ARAS CICD pipeline for deployment: This requires working on SQL reports using Report Builder to create RDL files and participating in the Epic Year End process from Phase 1 to Phase 4, including downstream reports.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management systems, particularly ARAS PLM.
  • Proficiency in data migration, integration, and management.
  • Familiarity with database development, including SSIS packages and SQL scripts.
  • Experience with document management, customization, and permission development.
  • Knowledge of XML Schema and CSS for technical documentation.
  • Understanding of microservices APIs and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
