Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager who can seamlessly integrate exceptional communication skills with strong analytical and project management capabilities. This role requires someone who can closely monitor daily execution, make informed decisions quickly, and build trusted partnerships with key clients while ensuring seamless delivery.

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai/Jaipur. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage relationships with strategic clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Oversee daily project execution with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to maintain long-term relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Client Relations.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills (English and Hindi required).
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the solar energy or other energy sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-10 years
