SAP Demand Planning Expert

About the Role

This is a demanding role that requires expertise in SAP IBP and a strong understanding of supply chain concepts, S&OP processes, and inventory balancing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive demand planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and variances.
  3. Work with supply planning and inventory teams to align demand with supply capabilities.
  4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate forecast performance and planning effectiveness.
  5. Provide regular reports to senior management on forecast accuracy, gaps, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in demand planning, including 5+ years in SAP IBP.
  • Proven track record of leading demand planning implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in data modeling and statistical forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced and matrixed environments.
