Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned SAP IBP Demand Planning Expert to lead our demand planning initiatives. Your primary focus will be on implementing SAP IBP solutions that drive business value and improve forecasting precision.

  • Lead SAP IBP Implementations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Demand Planning Review Meetings: Facilitate regular meetings to review demand planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data visualization tools to analyze historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models to generate reliable demand forecasts.
  • Supply Chain Alignment: Partner with supply planning and inventory teams to ensure alignment between demand and supply capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance demand planning processes, system usage, and forecast accuracy.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: In demand planning, including 5+ years in SAP IBP.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead demand planning implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data modeling and statistical forecasting.
  • SAP IBP Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP IBP modules (especially Demand Planning) and configuration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Change Management: Experience in change management and training related to demand planning tools.
  • Statistical Forecasting: Knowledge of statistical forecasting models, machine learning integration, or AI-driven planning tools.
