About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP MDG Functional Consultant to take on a strategic L3 role. The consultant will be responsible for leading SAP MDG initiatives on S/4HANA landscapes, including Mass Consolidation and Central Governance. This is a high-impact position that requires strong expertise in master data governance, compliance, and process optimization for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and architect SAP MDG solutions in S/4HANA, focusing on Mass Consolidation & Central Governance

Design & configure MDG data models for Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and other domains

Define & implement mass data consolidation strategies (matching, cleansing, harmonization)

Customize MDG using BRF+, FPM, BADI, Web Dynpro, and ABAP enhancements

Integrate MDG with SAP & non-SAP systems using Data Replication Framework (DRF)

Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis & solution design

Define governance policies, workflows & collaborate with stakeholders

Drive data quality, enrichment, and compliance initiatives

Mentor junior consultants & promote best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

???? 12+ years of SAP experience, with 6+ years in SAP MDG

???? Strong track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations & MDG Mass Consolidation projects

???? Expertise in MDG Customization, Data & Process Modeling, UI Configuration

???? Hands-on with BRF+, FPM, ABAP enhancements, Web Services

???? Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and MDG on Cloud (plus point)

???? Excellent communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills
