Coupa Implementation Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Coupa professional to optimize procurement processes.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement effective Coupa solutions for clients.
  • Configure and integrate Coupa modules to streamline sourcing, contracts, procurement, invoicing, and expenses.
  • Provide expert configuration and support for Coupa.
  • Manage Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue resolution.
  • Create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Develop Coupa release management strategies for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with integration partners and 3rd-party consultants to deliver integrated business solutions.
  • Work with business partners to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements into Coupa implementations.
  • Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents for integration partners.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Apply sound business knowledge in procurement areas to provide tailored solutions.
  • Design Coupa integrations with ERP/middleware/3rd-party applications.
  • Work in Agile environments, creating stories, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.

 

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Coupa implementation.
  • Hands-on experience configuring different Coupa modules.
  • Experience with Coupa release management.
  • Ability to work with integration partners and 3rd-party consultants.
  • Strong business knowledge in procurement areas.
  • Agile methodology experience.
