Search Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Search Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced search features using OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

Your primary focus will be on architecting and developing custom analysers, tokenisers, and scoring algorithms to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.

This role requires a deep understanding of search concepts including analysers, tokenisers, relevance tuning, custom scoring, and query DSL.

  • We are looking for someone with 5+ years experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch in production environments.
  • Prior experience with AI/LLM-based search experiences such as RAG, learning to rank and query understanding is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in Python, preferably with experience building APIs (FastAPI) is required.
